Department Of Family Medicine :

The department started in this institute with the commencement of post graduate degree course in the speciality of family Medicine (DNB-DIPLOMA of the National board of examination) in the month of june 2006.

This department trains medical graduate (General Practitioners) either already practicing or yet to practice in this speciality under the supervision of consultant Physicians, Surgeons,Paediatricians,Obstetricians and Gynaecologists having vast teaching experiences in both Government and private Institutes in India and abroad, in conjunction with other superspecialists of this hospital.

The hospital also provides a comprehensive Geriatric Health care through Health care through its dedicated Elderly care clinic and has plans of offering a comprehensive Primary Health Care Programme soon.

Other plans in future:

Very soon , the hospital will be inaugurating its MRCGP(International) training programmes for General Practitioners (recognized by The Royal College of General Practitioners, England).

We have started a Specialised Clinic to take care of our Senior Citizen where a wide range of services are available for counseling, treatment and cure of ailing elders.

This exclusive facility is also available for parents and senior citizens who have their children abroad.

You can register yourself with CMRI to help and take care of your elders and we will be only to grateful to impart the very best care toyour loved ones.

Programme Guidelines:

• The eligibility for membership would be 55 years and above.
• The clinic functions from 9 am to 5 pm on all working days at the ground floor of CMRI.
• A discount of 5% will be offered for all OPD diagnostic facilities including Physiotherapy.
• A discount of 10% will be offered to all categories of beds except DP Ward.
• The privileges of the inpatients will be applicable for 45 days from days from the date of registration.
• A discount of 10% will be given on all packages offered by the hospital in the inpatient Department.
• All patients being admitted for observation will be offered a discount of 5% on the total bill excluding the medicines & consumables. (Please note that any tests being done outside the hospital & Visiting Doctor’s fees will be charged on actuals).
• To simplify the process we will issue health cards for senior citizens as and when they get enrolled with us.
• The hospital will keep advising the members for their periodical checkups as and when required.
• This membership cards is non transferable and non refundable.
